At Vera's Madison salon we offer a professional design department to assist you with any alterations that your gown may need.
All sewing is done in our |
| very own design
studio, and your gown never leaves our store until you are ready to pick it up.
Traditionally a bride will have a first fitting, where your gown is fit by a professional to your figure,
and a re-check appointment to verify everything fits wonderfully.
At your second fitting, or re-check, we will train your Personal Attendant. This is a person of your choosing who will assist you in dressing and all of your special needs the day of your wedding.
We will teach her how to get you dressed without getting
makeup on your gown or disturbing your hair.
Your Personal Attendant will also be instructed how to bustle your gown
after the wedding so you may enjoy your reception without stepping on your train.
The classic bustle is something we do for you at no additional charge.
Your Personal Attendant will be busy on your wedding day, as there are many things she can do to ease the day for you and your wedding party.
But you can relax because we help make sure she is prepared with a list of many of the areas you may need help.
In addition to training your Personal Attendant we also teach your Maid or Matron-of-Honor how to assist you during the wedding ceremony.
