We do not take orders over the telephone or internet. Someone must come in to the store.
All Sales are final. No cancellations or refunds, whether it is a special order or purchased from stock.
Deposit is for this order only, and cannot be transferred to a different order.
For discounted items, every imperfection may not be correctable.
On special orders, account balance is due within 30 days of merchandise arriving at Vera's.
On items purchased from stock, account balance is due within 90 days of purchase date, or when picking up merchandise, whichever is first.
All accounts balances not cleared within times stated above will be charged a $25.00 per month late payment fee until balance is paid in full.
It is the Bride's responsibility to notify her wedding party when merchandise is in and when balances are due.
All accounts must be paid in full prior to the first pin fitting.
Alterations are an additional cost. The price for alterations is based on 2 fittings and 1 pressing. If you prefer to have your alterations done elsewhere but would like Vera's to press the gown, please schedule an appointment for this service to be done prior to picking up the dress. Final pressing after your gown is altered is the responsibility of the person you choose to alter the garment.
Alterations are done by appointment only. You must have the correct shoes, slip and bra prior to your appointment with the fitter.
Within 3 weeks of picking up your merchandise, any balance must be paid with cash or credit card only. No personal checks will be accepted at that time.
$35.00 fee will be apply to all returned checks.
If you cancel or postpone your event, all balances must be paid in full and all merchandise must be picked up prior to the original wearing date. Merchandise not picked up prior to the original wearing date will be disposed of and all payments forfeited.
